Lab Operations Manager
Son has over 10 years of experience in biopharmaceutical and plasma donation operations with heavy emphasis on growth & development, supply & manufacturing, cGMP environment, business management, and quality assurance. He has managed several plasma collection donation centers from global companies such as CSL Plasma and Octapharma Plasma to meet the demands of plasma-derived therapies for immunocompromised patients.
His most recent accomplishment is managing an operations team at Seres Therapeutics to successfully release the first oral microbiome therapeutic, with FDA approval, to treat patients with recurrent C. diff. Son has a passion in helping to safely and effectively, develop, process, release, and supply high-quality medication as well as discovering new biomedical and biotechnological advances.
Son graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Biology with a concentration in Biomedical Science at Salem State University in Salem, MA.
